Farazdak Haideri is an Engineering Consultant and has a diverse experience of over 22 years in the field of academics and industrial consultation. He is the Design Head at NENCO, Pune (India), a leading manufacturing company in the field of mechanical power transmission. He has also been associated with VIT, Pune as a lecturer in MED and has obtained his Bachelor's Degree and Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, from the University of Pune, with Machine Design as his specialisation. He has authored number of popular books on Machine Drawing and Computer Graphics, Dynamics of Machinery, CAD/CAM and Automation, Machine Design, Transmission System Design and Mechanical System Design. Currently, he is on the board of studies of VIT, a leading Engineering College in the city. He has been a project guide for the Award Winning Project - DYNATEST, sponsored by NENCO, for simulation and testing of Coupling drive elements. He also has to his credit technical papers published at National Level Conferences.
